The Joshua Bible is a deeply symbolic rebind inspired by the Book of Joshua, bound in rich Cognac Lochness Cowhide with details drawn directly from Israel’s entrance into the Promised Land. Two blue and one gold gilt lines flow across the cover to represent the Jordan River, while twelve hand stamped stones recall the memorial raised in Joshua 4, one for each tribe of Israel, after God brought His people safely across the Jordan. The Ark of the Covenant is stamped in gold on the spine. Three ribbons, two navy blue and one single scarlet ribbon that points back to Rahab and the scarlet cord hung from her window, the sign that would preserve her household. Full yapp, blue stitching, double perimeter tooled lines, custom raised hubs, triple blue and gold inside gilt lines, map end sheets, and sand page dye and speckling complete an edition built to tell the story of Joshua through every detail.
